I’m Kateri, and I’ll be your coach on this journey. I’m an executive and former management consultant. I have an MBA and two Ivy League degrees. I’m also a mom on a mission to help other moms find rewarding careers that allow them to live their lives, make time for what matters most, and tap into their full potential.

When I decided to go into management consulting I had no network, I was working in the public sector, and I was (to be honest) terrible at interviewing. So how was I was able to secure my dream job in a Big Four consulting firm? And then, six years later when my daughter was born and my priorities shifted, how was I once again able to land multiple interviews and secure my dream job (after 5 rounds of interviews) without formally applying for a single position? Then two years later, I did it again, landing a fully remote leadership role with a single message.

What sets me apart from other career coaches is that I’ve been where you are. I know the highs and lows of job searching. I get that this is personal, and I have a proven system to help you every step of the way.
